Cynthia Swade, 69, who grew up in Whitstable, was the retired shop owner of Swade Songs in Sittingbourne, which she founded in November 1991.

Cynthia collected Associated Board of the Royal Educational institutions of Music (ABRSM) exams and taught all the devices except for saxophone.
